You can update your payment method at any time through the Elective customer portal at my.elective.com. This guide outlines how to access your account and the payment options available based on your location.

To update your payment details, please log in to the customer portal at my.elective.com using your phone number.

Accepted Payment Methods by Location 

Depending on your region, different payment methods are available. 

For customers in the United States, you can update your payment method to a debit card or connect your bank account directly via Plaid. 

For customers in Canada, you can update your payment method to a debit card or a credit card.
