Because Elective is a financing solution and not the provider of the goods or services you purchased, we ask that you first attempt to resolve any issues directly with the merchant. The merchant is responsible for determining if you are eligible for a refund or cancellation based on their policies.

However, we are here to support you if you cannot reach a resolution. If you have already contacted the merchant and have not received a satisfactory solution, you may open a dispute with Elective.
