Credit File Frozen or Locked
If you received a notification that your credit report is frozen or locked, we cannot process your application until you temporarily lift the restriction. This security measure prevents us from accessing the necessary information to approve your loan.
For customers in the United States, Elective works with Experian to review credit history. You will need to contact them directly to lift the restriction on your file. Depending on how you secured your account, please visit the relevant link below:

Resubmitting Your Application
Lifting a freeze or lock typically takes effect quickly, though it may take longer in certain cases. Once you have confirmed the restriction is lifted, you can resubmit your application directly within the checkout flow by clicking the Try Again button.
