Sometimes things come up - we understand. If you're running behind this month, please end us an email as soon as possible to help@elective.com

Please make sure you include the following information in your request:

  • The email you used to purchase from Elective
  • Your payment adjustment request (e.g., "Please delay my next payment by 3 days.")
  • The reason for your payment adjustment (e.g., "I had a medical emergency."; "My car broke down and I can't afford the next payment until my paycheck comes through.")
  • Any proof or supporting documentation that you have to help us evaluate your reason for payment adjustment (e.g., medical bill, car repair invoice)

We evaluate all requests on a case-by-case basis. We'll try our best to work with you to keep your account in good standing.
