There are three main ways for merchants and customers to get support from Elective

  1. Help Center: Our team has built out a comprehensive Help Center and Knowledge Base that provides answers to the most commonly asked questions. 

  2. Help Button: We use Zendesk for customer communication. If you or anyone else ever needs to reach our support team in a hurry they can just click on the chat widget in the bottom right-hand side of our website. This is included on every Elective web page.

  3. Help Email: Lastly, customers are always more than welcome to reach out to us directly at help@elective.com at any time.
